Established in 1988 to serve the needs of various high tech manufacturing firms in the Santa Barbara and Goleta area, Polam offers skilled services for clients requiring tight tolerances and quick turnarounds. Stan and Ana Cislo, founders of Polam Precision LLC, migrated from Communist Easter Europe back in the early 80’s to seek freedom and the ability to establish their own business. As a family owned business we strive for customer satisfaction. We continually help launch various start-up companies in the local area by providing personal assistance and consultation.
